With a blend of Egg,Casseniate and Whey Isolates along with a good dose of BCAA's and Digestive Enzymes, it's broken down quite readily for digestion. Flavors are awesome,and mixes with or wout a blender. Yep they have newer stuff....but I am not convinced that newer is better. This is a GREAT Protein for Building Solid Muscle without all the Carbs at a Great Price..... |
