DIRECTIONS: Take 2 Rapid-Release Caplets with a glass of water 2 times daily, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before meals. To assess individual tolerance, refer to the chart on the label. Do not exceed 4 caplets in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. For best results, use Hydroxycut® Advanced for 10 weeks in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet and a regular exercise program. Do not snack after dinner. Consume 8-10 glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
Day 1 to Day 3: 1 caplet, 2x daily
Day 4 & beyond: 2 caplets, 2x daily

| Comments: | I ordered this product because I use to take Hydroxycut faithfully before the last recall. I chose this product because of the dosage recommended on your site. The product arrived with different dose recommendations, not happy about this. Also I just don't see the results in this product vs other hydroxycut products I've taken in the past. Honestly when I finish this I will be switching back to Betastax. It's a better product for the money with fast results. |
