As an adult dietary supplement, use the maintenance protocol of three capsules 1-2 times daily with 16oz of water each serving.
For maximum extraction of undesired water, use the competition protocol of six capsules twice daily beginning with 1 serving upon waking and a second serving in the afternoon, each with a full 16oz glass of water. For the last 2 days of using MAXXTraXtion™, reduce your water intake to achieve peak muscle definition. Do NOT exceed recommended dosages. If using the competition protocol, discontinue use for at least 14 days.
