Directions: Please read the entire directions before consuming and follow the tolerance protocol. Due to potency of this formula, start off by assessing your tolerance first by mixing 1 servinf with 4 to 12 ounces of cold water and downing it about 30 minutes before your daily workout. then increase the dosage to 2 and then 3 servings mixed with 8 to 12 ounces of cold water before your daily workout. Do not exceed 3 servings (3 scoops) in a 24 hour period.

| Comments: | 40 servings for 20$ seems like a good deal and I guess it is. . . I tried it because I'm a lil tight on money right now. I've gotta say the first couple times I felt a little caffeine rush n felt the tingle from beta alanine (not as much now a week later) the taste isn't bad at all it did make me a little light headed first couple days but not too bad |
