Recommended Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules with breakfast and dinner.

| Comments: | This product worked just as well as a prescrition anti-inflamatory for bursitis. Don't combine with other anti-inflamatories, such as ibuprofen, as the combination could raise blood pressure. |
