Directions: Take one Bi-Layer tablet daily either in the morning or early afternoon for enhanced energy and alertness. Do not take before bedtime.
Caution: Contains caffeine comparable to a 12 ounce cup of the leading premium coffee. Caffeine intake is not advisable in cases of high blood pressure, pregnancy or nursing, limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods or beverages while taking this product, because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally, rapid heartbeat. Do not exceed recommended dose. For adult use only. Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine. Contains Niacin. You may experience a transiet flushing and feeling of warmth.
