Directions for use: Consume 1 Serving (15.666g) Immediately following your workout (within 30 minutes). An addition serving can be used anytime during the day, before, during workouts, at bedtime or anytime you need more amino acids.
Steps for Optimal Mixing: Mix 1 scoop with at least 12-16 ounces of water, preferably with a shaker cup or water bottle; shake cup or bottle vigoursly, turning bottle upside down and right side up, allow mixture to sit unil all the bubble dissipate (about 2 to 5 minutes).
