GlycerGrow is a cell volumizing supplement that utilizes glycerol monostrearate, a form of fat derived from vegetable sources that, when ingested, may help in increasing the absorption and concentration of fluids in blood and muscle tissue. Intial (first Serving): Take 1 scoop 30 minutes preworkout to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurence stop and consult your doctor. Since the powder does not dissolve in liquid you should put it dry in your mouth ( 1 scoop at a time), and wash it back with your preworkout shake or water. Alternatively, you could add the powder to yogurt or applesauce to eat it.
Recommended Usage: Take 1- 4 scoops pre workout.
Warnings: The beta alanine in this product may cause a slight tingling in some users, this is a natural characteristic. Before ingesting this product you should consult your doctor if you are not aware of your current health status or if you have any medical condition including, but not limited to : Diabetes, high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmias, stroke, diseases of the heart, kidneys, liver, or thyroid gland, anxiety, history of seizures, depression, any psychiatric ailment, pernicious anemia or other blood disorders, prostate enlargment.
