Recommended Usage: To understand the potency of Gakic Pro Series, take 4 capsules on your first day, 30 to 45 minutes before you workout; moving to the full serving before your next workout. Take 1 serving (8 caplets) between 30 to 45 minutes before your high intensity workout. Do not exceed 1 serving (8 caplets) in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Consume ten 8-oz. glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
