| Comments: | I have used it for the last 3 years and gone from 160lbs to 187lbs. Love the strawberry flavor. Just ordered a jug for my co-worker who is 5'3 125 lbs and he loves the product to he is aiming for 155 lbs. |

| Comments: | Bottom line - this protein powder is delicious. I tried the Strawberry Milkshake a year ago and was sold on it immediately. It blends well with milk or yogurt and blends even better with fruit. It has never made me feel bloated, nauseous or given me problems at the end. Good product. |
