Prolein is a formula consisting of a 22.5 gram blend of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, glutamine peptides, partially hydrolyzed protein, micellar casein and milk protein isolate. It also includes 11 grams of carbohydrates and 3 grams of fat filling out the macronutrient profile. Finally it includes the amino acids taurine, glycine, L-glutamine as well as a digestive enzyme blend.
