Creadex is primarily a creatine/Beta-alanine formula in caplets with several forms of creatine including creatine phosphate, monohydrate and anhydrous as well as arginine, to help with NO production, taurine to enhance cell volume and L-glycine, which has been shown to assist glycogen loading in muscle tissue.

Recommended Usage: Take 2 servings (each serving consisting of 4 caplets with an 8 oz glass of water) daily. On workout days, take 1 serving in the morning and the other immediately after your workout. On non-workout days, take 1 serving in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Consume ten 8 oz. glasses of water daily to help enhance creatine absorption, to maintain an adequate state of hydration, and for general good health.
