Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 1-3 capsules in the AM and another 1-3 capsules MID-DAY with a glass of water or your beverage of choice. Due to extreme Potency, begin use with only 1 capsule in the AM to assess for tolerance. Do not exceed recommended dose.

One serving of this product contains approximately as much caffeine as tow cups of coffee. Do not use if you have a histyory of drug use. Do not use with alcohol. Discontinue use and cosult a physician immediately if you experience any of the following: nervousness, sleeplessness, dizziness, cardiac irregularities, or rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, tremors, nausea, chest pain, tingling sensations, behavioral changes, loss of consciousness, or other similar symptoms. use only as directed. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery.
