Thermogenic Weight-Loss Support In addition to the usual factors found in thermogenic forumlas (caffeine anhydrous, green coffee extract), XAT-7 contains an extract of hemerocallis fulva (which is said to support lipolysis), a nelumbo nucifera extract (purported to modulate the digestive enzymes amylase and lipase), Cinnulin-PF (sometimes included in thermogenic formulas for its effect on glucose management), and capsaicin (a red pepper extract sometimes linked to fat oxidation).

Directions: Take 2 capsules per serving twice a day. Once you have established tolerance level you can go to 3 capsules per serving , not exceeding 6 capsules daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Drink 8-12 ounces of water each serving.
