This product contains 550 mgs of the whole herb version (not standardized) of saw palmetto berries with flavonoids, sterols and fatty acids that may help support prostate and urinary health. The herb is also touted to inhibit the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase that turns testosterone into dehydrotestosterone (DHT) making it of some interest to bodybuilders.
