Directions for Regular Use: Take 3 tablets 40-60 minutes preworkout with at least 16 ounces od water. For best results, WHITEBLOOD 2 Should be used in conjunction with outher controlled lab products, with at least a gallon of water per day, and a high/protein monerate carbohydrate diet.
