| Comments: | Why, yes, you can "have your cake (er pudding) and eat it, too!" This is a great product - 30 grams of protein and under 200 calories. It is tasty, satisfying,and convenient. I love this stuff for getting that protein hit on the run and getting a sense of indulgence at the same time. Want to dress it up? Add some blueberries and almonds and you've got a meal that will take care of your business and take you down the road. This is a staple in my regimen. |
