Lean Dessert is a specialty protein-based dessert emphasizes slower-action, longer-acting amino content and contains a Micellar protein matrix comprised of unfiltered whey protein concentrate, Micellar alpha- and beta-caseins and caseinates, microfiltered whey protein isolate, egg albumen, calcium caseinate, and milk protein concentrate. It also contains some maltodextrin carb content and the digestive enzymes Aminogen and papain. As its name suggests, this protein formula would best be taken late in the day, in proximity to bedtime, given its long-term activity.
