| Comments: | As per usual, Gaspari doesn't fail to deliver; I will say that taking the full scoop is unnecessary as it delivers way more creatine than needed and will drain your wallet faster. 1/3 Scoop will give you great results and reduces the chance of intestinal stress.

| Comments: | Overall it works well. A big rush is frequently felt after first few sips. Helps push through long workouts. The taste is quite powerful but you get used to it. I definitely recommend it for serious lifters, and I believe it is the best intra-workout product available. |
