Usage: As a dietary supplement test your tolerance by taking one (1) capsule in the morning for the first day. After tolerance test, you may consider taking one (1) to two (2) capsules, one (1) time daily with or without food. May cause sleeplessness if consumed late in the day. Do not exceed two (2) capsules daily.
