I like the b-12, creatine and no cholesterol. Muscles feel full. I will go for a second tub soon. I would also recommend this product if you suspect you are gluten sensitive. |

| Comments: | flavor is not bad, mixes well. does get a bit of foam if mixed in a shaker, it will settle if yuo wait a few minutes before drinking. but if you use a hand blender, no issues. nice change from the standard whey protein. i actually used empty 20oz drink bottles with one scoop, just add water and enjoy. homemade RTD and a lot less money. |
