Take 2 capsules in the AM and 2 capsules in the PM with or without food. If you are going to engage in sexual activity, take 4 capsules 30 minutes prior. Do NOT take more than 4 capsules in a 24 hour period.

| Comments: | I'm a 39yr old & I was feeling like I needed an extra boost since I workout 4 times a week and my energy levels were getting low after a work out. My libido was also suffering so I decided to try this product for the first time. Guys, this product works. I felt the energy with the first 2 pills and at night I took the 2 more pills and had a great work out in bed if yall know what I mean. I also feel more energy and power when I'm lifting weights. |
