Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 1 capsule 4-6 times daily for 30 days consecutively. Take everynight at bedtime to maximize effectiveness as a testosterone elevator. For optimal results use for 6-12 weeks. For extreme results take 2 servings spaced 12 hours apart, for 4-8 weeks. Do not use for more than 90 days.
