| Comments: | The Chocolate and Chocolate Malt are delicious And great for on the go 34g's of protien in one shake. Better than the powder that takes 4 scoops The powder pretty good too though. I like the RTD taste better. |

| Comments: | Good if you are in a pinch but I wouldn't make it your main source of protein since the blend is worse than the powder and it doesn't taste as good either. |
