Directions: To assess your tolerance of this potent formula take 1 capsule once daily for the first two days. On days three and four, take two capsules once daily. On day five and beyond take three capsules once daily. Take before workout. Do not use for more then 8 weeks. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily for general good health. Read the entire lable before use.
