CytoSport’s Complete Whey Protein is an ion-exchanged, partially pre-digested whey product. The formula contains 17 grams of protein with added BCAA's and L-glutamine for enhanced muscle support. In addition Complete Whey contains only trace amounts of lactose which makes it suitable for almost anyone with milk allergies.Their InstaPro Instantizing Process seems to work well as the product mixes very easily. Complete Whey Protein tastes good, too.

| Comments: | This is by far the best tasting protein powder and we have tried many. I've even learned to drink it mixed with water instead of milk. However, the past 2 times I've ordered something has changed. It doesn't taste quite as good nor does it mix quite as well. The label changed, but that's not all. It definitely tastes different. |
