Recommended Usage: Consume 1-2 scoops in 12 or more oz of water and consume immediately prior to exercising. For maximum results, consume 1 serving of AfterShock during an after intense training sessions. Caution: this product contains powerful performance enhancing ingredients, including caffeine. You may want to begin by using ½ the recommended serving to assess your tolerance to this product.
