Comments:	I prefer the 4:1:1 ratio over the more common 2:1:1 and this is well priced. I have tried both unflavored and cherry; the cherry has a strong cherry flavor that will come through in your shake. If you want to mask/improve the flavor of an otherwise unpleasant tasting shake, I recommend the cherry flavor.

Comments:	I got the raspberry flavor and it tastes great! I've been adding a serving to water about half an hour before I lift and down a caffeine pill and have seen great strength and size gains. I highly recommend it!
