Recommended Adult Use: As a dietary supplement take 30-45 minutes prior to training with approximately 4-6 ounces of water or juice. Can be taken on an empty stomach or with food.
Normal Training: 1 Serving per 100 pounds of body weight. Intense Training: 1-2 Servings per 100 pounds of body weigh. Off Days: Can take 1 serving per 100 pounds of boy weight to assist in muscle recovery.

| Comments: | I agree with Anthony's comment and would like to add that I prefer this product over the monohydrate. It seems to give me an extra push beyond what I was getting before. Also, I found that one capsule is enough to get started (I weigh 165lbs and the recommended dose is based on weight), but if you really want an extreme pump take two. |

| Comments: | As a straight up creatine product i thought this did exactly what it advertises. Maybe not as dramatic, but endurance definitely increased, and muscle fatigue was lessened when using a weight that had recently been un-reppable. For example I was able to do five sets of ten reps using 30 pound DB's for bicep curls when just previously before starting this product i was lucky if i could cheat curl 3 sets of the same number of reps. No bloating either. overall a good creatine prodcut. |
