Take a single pack 30-45 minutes before bed. For best results, take on an empty stomach. If you use an evening protein shake allow 30 minutes for digestion before taking Animal PM. Animal PM can be stacked with any other product in the Animal line, including foundational staples like Pak, Flex and Omega and cycled products such as Stak or Test.

| Comments: | For years I've struggled to fall asleep and stay asleep. On top of that I've seen sleep doctors and have been prescribed sleeping aides with neither doing me any justice. I thought I'd give this a shot and its proved to be well worth the money. Since I've started taking this I now have to set aside at least seven hours to quality sleeping. |

| Comments: | Only have taken this for 3 nights but it definitely helped put me to sleep quicker. Usually I have trouble falling asleep. I go to sleep around 10-10:30 and I've been waking up around 5:30am to pee but then back to sleep until 7:30am. I feel groggy in the AM, hoping that goes away. Overall though it's done its job in relaxing me and getting me to sleep. |

| Comments: | If you take stimulants throughout the day, especially if you train in the evenings, you'll love Animal PM. Likewise, if you have trouble falling asleep, due an over-active mind or slight anxiety, it will work wonders. Relaxes your body and mind, although I can't judge just how well it aids in post-workout, night time recovery. Just make sure you can dedicate at least seven hours to sleep, otherwise you'll find it hard to wake up in the morning. I'll definitely keep using this product. |
