| Comments: | If you are going to use CLA to help you stay lean, make sure you go with a Tonalin CLA. 2nd, you have to use it religiously 2-3 times a day for the full effect to materialize. I have tried many brands and have come to the conclusion that Dymatize has the most affordable Tonalin CLA that has good efficacy. |
