Recommended Usage: For Adults, mix Two Scoops to Three Scoops with 16-20 fluid ounces of water or juice and consume as follows: One half 30-60 minutes before your workout and the balance during the course of your workout. Limit your use to no more then three scoops in a 24 hour period. Begin with half the recommended dosage to assess individual tolerance.
Warnings: Not for use by pregnant or lactating women. Avoid this product if you have liver or kidney problems or allergies to aspirin. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult your doctor before use if you have or have had ANY HEALTH CONDITION or if you are taking ANY MEDICATIONS OR REMEDIES, including OTC medications, or are planning any medical procedure. This product contains caffeine. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as three cups of coffee. Avoid additional consumption of caffeine or stimulants such as ephedra or Ma Huang, which may intensify adverse effects. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, or rapid heartbeat. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as gastrointestinal discomfort or any allergic reaction. NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
