Take one pack daily after training with your favorite sports drink. Proper hydration is a essential for
hard-training athletes. Drink 10 oz. of water 8 to 10 times daily. Leading creatine researchers have known for years that loading saturates your muscles with creatine. As with any powerful creatine supplement, load for the first 5 days. To load, take one pack with a sports drink four times daily, spread throughout the day. Do not exceed 4 packets (4 servings) in a 24-hour period. Read the entire label before use and follow the directions provided.
