Burn by FitMiss is a 6-stage thermogenic diet support product that is designed specifically for women. Each of the product’s 6 “stages” is formulated to target a different area of diet support. Directions: Take 1 serving (2 capsules), with an 8 ounce glass of water 30-45 minutes before breakfast and/or lunch.
Morning: Take two (1-2) capsules with 8 ounces of water 30 -45 minutes before breakfast.
Afternoon: Take two (1-2) capsules with 8 ounces of water 30 -45 minutes before lunch. Drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water per day while using this product. This product should not be take within 6 hours before bed.

Warning: Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.
