| Comments: | Compared to other Tonalin CLA products out there this seems like one of the better ones as far as content and price, but I added these to my current stack and routine and two bottles later could tell no difference at all. No added fat loss or reason to believe they were doing anything for me. |

| Comments: | Couldnt really tell if this product worked for me.I took the recommended dosages for about 2-3 weeks and kept getting irregular heartbeats but nothing to crazy.One day during intense cardio I felt like i was having a heart attack at 18 so i gave them up and it hasnt happened since. |

| Comments: | I`m taking CLA with Betastax and it works very good, in special on the sides and stomach. I go to the gym 5 days a week and only watch the carbs and fried foods I eat.I dont get sore on the next day.I always had the same work out and food routine but my body was always the same, after CLA my body changed a lot. I sure will keep on taking Betastax and CLA together. The only problem is that I`m shaking a lot and some times my heart beats weird, but the results are great! |
