Suggested Use:
Day 1 to Day 3- Take 1 Rapid Release Capsule with a glass of water, 30 minutes before your 3 meals of the day.
Day 4 and Beyond- Take 2 Capsules with a glass of water, 30 minutes before your 3 meals of the day.
For best results, use Caffeine-Free- Xenadrine 8 to 12 weeks.
Do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24 hour period.
Ensure you read the entire label before use and follow instructions.
Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.
