Directions: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before breakfast on an empty stomach. A Second capsule may be consumed 4-6 hours later, prior to lunch. If required , an additional third capsule may be taken 4-6 hours after this. DO NOT take Grenade within 6 hours of intended sleep.

Do not use this product for longer than 8 weeks and make sure that usage, is followed by a 4 week off period.
