Recommended Usage: Men take 3, Women take 2 capsules daily. Preferably on an empty stomach 30 - 60 minutes before bedtime. For best results avoid taking with dairy or other calcium containing supplements.

However like some of the other reviews I wake up with some serious gas which lasts me a good portion of the day. Lowering the dose or spacing it out have no effect on the gas. I'm 1 week into the bottle and still experience gas.

The negative side effect made me throw the bottle into the trash. This product made me incredibly aggressive. I have never used a steroid product however I did experience "roid rage" while taking it. It was noticible after 3 days of taking the product. BEWARE..

Im a bit disappointed though cause I cant tell an increase in my test like I thought I would. Perhaps my bodyweight is a factor (315 lbs) and I need to up the dosage. I've used a certain Vit Shop's offering, and I think this one edges it out. I sleep great and feel awesome when I wake. I have always had a problem resting. Comments:	I lift 4 - 5 days a week and with a herniated disc in my lower lumbar. I took a 12 hr pain killer almost nightly to ease my inflammation. 2 nights on ZMA and I was sold!
