| Comments: | works ok. Taken by itself at 1 scoop doesn't deliver much results. I currently take 1 scoop of this with 1 scoop of [other product] at night, I get better results that way. Since for a hardgainer like me, 1 scoop of this stuff (which is their max dosing according to back label) is not gonna cut it. So 1 scoop of this, and 1 scoop of [other product] at night along with a glutamine product is what works for me. |

| Comments: | I start using a blender to mix, since it was difficult to mix with a shaker up. It has like a granular kind of taste but other than that it seems to work good. I will recommend it. |

| Comments: | I think a blender would make this better because I had a hard time mixing it with a couple different kinds of shaker cups but it is a good protein and I love that it is lower calorie but high protein so fat doesn't build up. |
