| Comments: | I only train 3 times per week. I take 1 serving about 1 hour before and 1 within 1 hour after finishing work out. I've used 1 container so far and have added 2 1/2 lbs of body weight. Visibly more muscular. |

| Comments: | Protein Revolution is similar to [other products] but it tastes way better and is much more affordable. Believe me, it's just as effective as spending 60 dollars on bad tasting [versions]. I have noticed rapid gains of strength. I'm a personal trainer and a professional arm wrestler. I would highly recommend this product for serious athletes. |
