| Comments: | It's WAY cheaper than other natural protein shakes like Jay Robb but Jay Robb has no fat, 1 gram of carbs & 25 grams of protein in 1 scoop. Muscle Milk has 6 grams of fat, 9 grams of carbs & 16 grams of protein in 1 scoop. Muscle Milk uses stevia instead of the artificial sweeteners and, in the strawberry flavor, they use freeze dried strawberry powder. You can mix it in a shaker but I prefer the blender just to guarantee myself a thorough blend. Tastes good and it's affordable. |
