Directions: Adults and Children 12 years of age and over; Oral dosage is one tablet not more often than every 3-4 hours. The recommended dose of this product contains as much caffeine as two cups of coffee. Limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product.

Stop use and call a health care professional immediately if dizzieness, sever headache, rapid and or irregular heart beat, chest pain, shortness of breath, nausea, tremor, nervousness, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, noticable changes in behavior or loss of conceiousness occur.

| Comments: | Great base to stack with other supplements. Easy to break in half. The part about lasting six hours is a little generous. They could have left out the "proprietary blend" and replaced it with more green tea or something better. Easy to swallow. |
