Recommended Usage: Exfoliate skin with Jan Tana PreTan Scrub. Dispense lotion generously onto a Jan Tana Tanning Sponge or wear gloves and apply by hand. Rub lotion over skin in a circular motion tanning one area at a time. Use sparingly on hands, elbows, knees, and feet. Remove excess color with Jan Tana Tan-A-Way. Avoid hairline, eyebrows, and clothing for 30 minutes. Do not shower for at least 5 hours. Reapply to maintain tan. To prolong tan, use Jan Tana Deep Moisturizer daily.
