Suggested Use - Use only as directed. Mix two level scoops (72g) with 8 oz of cold water. Mixing Ideas: Modify the concentration of your GlycoNitric Post-Workout by varying the amount of liquid mixed with it. If you prefer a thicker more intense tasting drink, mix two level scoops with 6 oz of cold water. For a thinner less intense tasting drink, use 10 oz of liquid per two level scoops.
