Recommended Usage: Take 3 capsules twice daily with food. Take on a 6 days on, 1 day off schedule.

| Comments: | I DO NOT LIKE this at all, just made me feel like sh*t. I felt, moody, sad, depressed, almost makes you NOT want to work out. I have taken many many many supplements in my lifetime and nothing made me feel like this one did. Holy Sh*t, never again. |
