Suggested Use: Take 3 tablets twice daily with food. Not formulated for us in children. Do ot exceed suggested use as with any supplement. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor before use.
Warnings: You should not take this product if you have any prior medical condition, including diabetes or high blood pressure. Consult your doctor before using this product. May caise a prickling /tingling/flushing in some user. This sensation generally decreases with continued usage. If this sensation becomes bothersome, taking anavite with a meal may blunt this effect. Noy for use by individuals under 18 years of age or by women that may be pregnant or nursing. Do not use if you are allergic ot contraindicated to asprin. If you are taking asprin, blood thinning/anti-coagulant medications, or other medications consult your health care professional before using this product. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery or if upset stomach occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

| Comments: | This product is one of the best vitamin supplements that I have ever tried. Although [other products may] look better, I feel better with Anavite. Daily and constant uptake of beta-alanine from Anavite seems to improve my recovery a lot from everyday's hard workout. I do not really take post-workout supplements during the last couple of months. I already bought 5 more bottles. No regret to try. |
