| Comments: | Used in recipes from JOHN ROMANO's MUSCLE MEALS. Not a big fan of soy products but a little won't hurt. It gave VEGE FUEL polenta a funny texture, but taste was fine. Never used straight up always in recipes. Does not affect flavor too much. |
