This Detox agent contains a remarkable proprietary blend of 26 different herbal and botanical extracts, all associated with the detoxification and free-radical-scavenging of the bloodstream and major organs. Among them, licorice, chamomile, and dandelion have been incorporated to restore healthy acid/alkaline balance, while milk thistle, yellow dock, and pau d'arco provide potent detoxification support of the liver and glandular/endocrine system. Formulated from only the highest-quality, most bioavailable ingredients, ProSource's Super Detox is also available as part of a two-stage purification kit, with ProSource's new Ultra Cleanse.

This Cleanse agent contains a blend of fibers (including psyllium seed, ginger root, apple pectin, fennel seed, oat fiber, red raspberry leaf, and beet root) selected for their demonstrated ability to help promote normal bowel movements, cleanse the colon by removing waste build up, and improve nutrient absorption. ProSource's Ultra Cleanse contains only the most efficacious, biologically active ingredients, and is also available as part of a two-stage purification system, with ProSource's new Super Detox.

Stacking Directions:

Super Detox: for the first week, take one tablet on an empty stomach before breakfast and another before bed -- preferably on an empty stomach. After the first week, increase bedtime dose to 2 tablets for a total of 3 a day. DO NOT EXCEED THIS DOSE. DO THIS FOR A TOTAL OF 14 DAYS, THEN DISCONTINUE USE. Wait at least 60 days before you do your next cleanse.

At the same time you begin the Super Detox, take the Ultra Cleanse in the same manner and time as you are taking the Super Detox -- 1 tablet twice daily before breakfast and bed for the first week. After the first week, increase the bedtime dose to 2 tablets. DO NOT EXCEED THIS DOSE. DO THIS FOR A TOTAL OF 14 DAYS, THEN DISCONTINUE USE. Wait at least 60 days before you do your next cleanse.

If the Super Detox is used ALONE, it can be taken as directed above until the bottle runs out. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH THE ULTRA CLEANSE -- 14 DAYS MAXIMUM USE, then cycle off for 60 days.

In summary:
Week 1:
* AM / before breakfast - 1 tablet of Super Detox, 1 tablet Ultra Cleanse.
* PM / prior to bed - 1 tablet of Super Detox, 1 tablet Ultra Cleanse.

Week 2:
* AM / before breakfast - 1 tablet of Super Detox, 1 tablet Ultra Cleanse.
* PM / prior to bed - 2 tablets of Super Detox, 2 tablets Ultra Cleanse.

At end of week 2, discontinue use and wait a minimum of 60 days before doing another 14-day cleanse stack.

Comments:	I have been taking this stack for going on 2 weeks now and I have to say that it works GREAT!! I have gone from one bowel movement a day to 2 sometimes 3! It is awesome! I have also lost 3 inches in my waist with this product and change of diet! Love it!

Comments:	Excellent product at an excellent price! Compared to other reviews, I did not see any weight loss but that's probably because I'm already at a healthy weight and my diet is very good as well. I DEFINITELY went to the bathroom more often. I normally have 1-2 bowel movements every day, but while taking this product I was at 2-4 bowel movements in a day. My stool was very clean, no diarrhea-like symptoms. The effects of the cleanse really took place during the second week.

Comments:	This product is great. Didn't realize it at first, but after a week, I noticed I was going to the bathroom more frequently, and in bigger volume. Great thing about this product is that there's no side effect like cramping or excess gas. I'll continue to use this product in the future.

Comments:	Overall I feel the cleanse did what it was intended to do, removed built up waste and helped to make me have a better uptake of the supplements I take on a regular basis. I did not notice much weight loss, although I did feel better, and also did notice I was using the bathroom more, so it must have been working. I will purchase again and plan to use this product about every 4 months.

Comments:	Not sure what to say. I have felt nothing and I am on my second week. Everybody else just raves about them, but I see of feel nothing. I am 6'6" so should I be going to the max of 6 tabs per day? I am currently taking one in the morning and two at night on an empty stomach. I will finish and hope it's doing its job.

Comments:	Great stack to cycle when taking a break from supplements. I usually try to take a few weeks off, and only take this stack. Great way to cleanse your system. Once I start back up on my supplements I definitely seem to have better uptake of nutrients and great gains in muscle.

Comments:	I love these products and the two sold together is a great deal. A few days in my system was more regular and I truly felt lighter and healthier. I have slight acne, and these pills seemed to help clear my skin. The only strange thing that happened was I had a little spotting of blood when I up'ed the dosage to 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills at night. I'd be interested to hear if any other women experienced this. Perhaps that just speaks to how well they work.

Comments:	Well, I took it for 14 days and I can say that first 7 days--nothing. On the 8th day I increased the dosage as recommended, for the next 7 days and started to go to the bathroom a lot more then my usual 2 times a day. For the price you can't go wrong. It did what it claimed. ProSource makes excellent products-- hands down.
