My energy level is up, my joints aren't hurting as much, I have increased circulation in my arms and legs, and only a few crazy dreams so far. It helps me sleep better as well. | Comments: | This stuff really works. Heard some bad reviews about weird dreams that people has and that it doesn't help with muscle building but I disagree. I'm a smaller guy about 5'7" and only about 150 but it has decreased fat and increased muscle weight. I haven't experienced any crazy dreams or anything like that. Also with the improvements, I'm only taking half the recommended dosage and still working well. If you're skeptical all I can say is its worth a shot, you have nothing to loose. |

I've already noticed a difference in lean body mass energy. The recommended dosage is 4 caps before bed but I wind up waking up about 4 hours later wide awake so I take them in the morning,and they seem to work just as well.And still seem to get the sleep benefits.Overall a great product for a great price. |
