| Comments: | I have been taking these vitamins for approximately 2 weeks. There are eleven tablets per packet and some are a lot bigger than others. Plan on drinking about 12 ounces of water to get them down. So far I haven't felt a difference between this product and my prior multi. I think the product could be improved if joint support and HA were incorporated.
Once I run out of the packs I'll switch back to my old brand and try to determine if by body responds differently. |

| Comments: | I started taking these and the Prosource brand creatine monohydrate when I received a torn ligament and injured shoulder in Jiu Jitsu. Due to an active recovery (light weight and range of motion exercises) and these products, muscle atrophy and strength loss were minimized. My recovery time was drastically decreased. I will continue to use this product, and may try stacking with stak and test. |

Negatives- large pills and lots of them, so you have to be comfortable with that. Good outweighs the bad for me. |

| Comments: | You need vitamins when working out. I used to take this back in high school. Taking the big pills--no problem--justtake them with food. Your urine is yellow (that's normal) just try to take at least one gallon of water during the day if you can manage. I will re-order this item. 11 pills are better than just one pill for vitamins making sure you get all vitamins in your system. |
